The Third Thing that makes water

"Water is H2O, hydrogen two parts, oxygen one, but there is also a third thing, that makes it water and nobody knows what that is" ~ D. H. Lawrence

"When the well's dry, we know the worth of water."
  ~ Benjamin Franklin, (1706-1790), Poor Richard's Almanac.
"Civilization has historically flourished around rivers and major waterways; Mesopotamia, the so-called cradle of civilization, was situated between the major rivers Tigris and Euphrates; the ancient society of the Egyptians depended entirely upon the Nile. Large metropolises like Rotterdam, London, Montreal, Paris, New York City, Buenos Aires, Shanghai, Tokyo, Chicago, and Hong Kong owe their success in part to their easy accessibility via water and the resultant expansion of trade. Islands with safe water ports, like Singapore, have flourished for the same reason. In places such as North Africa and the Middle East, where water is more scarce, access to clean drinking water was and is a major factor in human development." ~ WikiPedia

So what is the third thing that makes water, water? Is it the covalent bonds between the atoms? Water can exist in 3 different stages - Solid, Liquid, Gaseous. 97% of water on Earth are from Oceans and Seas. Only 3% are fresh water. Within our atmosphere, there are water vapors that result the humidity level. Singapore has a high humidity level, which means we have a lot of water vapors in the air.

Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) from EcoloBlue generate water from our thin air. The cost of the water produce is only 0.5 cents (S$0.05) per liters of per water. This will be our option for our future drinking water.

iTORTLE has partnered with EcoloBlue to bring Singapore the only system in the market that can produce not only pure water from thin air, BUT also sparkling/carbonated water! It is the only touch-screen system so far in the market.
